Refund policy
At Grabston, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@grabston.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@grabston.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@grabston.com with photos of the damaged item.
